We could not do what we do without them. Who are we talking about? Our volunteers!

They are central to the HELPERS mission to serve our area seniors so they can remain living independently and safely. Our volunteers are so special that we really should be honoring them throughout the year, but we will be putting extra-special attention on them in April for National Volunteer Month.

Presidents of the United States throughout the years have proclaimed National Volunteer Month, “saluting the unparalleled services of volunteers who give countless hours for the betterment of mankind, communities, and the American way of life.”

Pretty darn impressive! We say it all of the time….”Our volunteers are the HEART of HELPERS.” Deepest thanks to our amazing team of volunteers, including our fantastic and supportive Board of Directors!!
